Common Issues

- Reminders not working
Some devices (Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo) have aggressive battery optimization. Disable battery optimization for NotesNest in device settings.
- Widget not updating
Some OEM launchers may delay widget updates. Try removing and re-adding the widget to the home screen.
- Backup issues
Ensure you have sufficient storage space and the necessary storage permissions enabled in app settings.
- Google Sign-In delays
First-time token refresh may take a moment. Wait 10-15 seconds and try again if the initial attempt fails.
