Common Issues

Before contacting support, check if your issue matches these common scenarios:

  • Reminders not working: Some devices (Xiaomi MIUI, Vivo, Oppo) have aggressive battery optimization. Disable battery optimization for NoteNest in your device settings.
  • Widget not updating: Some OEM launchers may delay widget updates. Try removing and re-adding the widget.
  • Backup issues: Ensure you have sufficient storage space and necessary permissions enabled.
  • Google Sign-In delays: First-time token refresh may take a moment. Wait 10-15 seconds and try again.
