Found an issue in NoteNest? We appreciate you taking the time to report it! Your bug reports help us maintain app stability and improve the experience for all users. We actively monitor all reports via Firebase Crashlytics, but detailed reports from users like you help us fix issues faster.

What Happens After You Report?
- Acknowledgment: You'll receive an automated confirmation email
- Triage: Our team reviews and prioritizes the bug within 24-48 hours
- Investigation: We reproduce and analyze the issue using Firebase Crashlytics data
- Fix: Critical bugs are addressed in emergency patches; others in scheduled updates
- Update: We notify you when the fix is released (if you provided email)

Reminders not triggering on certain devices High Priority
Affected Devices: Xiaomi (MIUI), Vivo, Oppo, Realme with aggressive battery optimization
Workaround: Go to Settings > Battery > App Battery Management > Find NoteNest > Disable battery optimization or enable "Autostart"
Status: In Progress - Working on enhanced background task handling

Widget update delays on some launchers Medium Priority
Affected: Some OEM launchers delay widget updates
Workaround: Remove and re-add the widget, or force-refresh by opening the app
Status: Under Investigation

Google Sign-In token refresh delay Low Priority
Issue: First-time Google Sign-In may take 10-15 seconds
Workaround: Wait a moment and try again
Status: Known limitation - Google API behavior

Large image exports may freeze on low-end devices Medium Priority
Affected: Devices with less than 3GB RAM when exporting notes with many images
Workaround: Export as text or PDF instead of image format
Status: Planned for optimization in v3.1.0

Crash Reporting & Privacy
NoteNest uses Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports. This helps us identify and fix issues quickly. Crash reports include:
- Device model and Android version
- App version and crash stack trace
- Device state at time of crash (memory, network status)
Privacy Note: Crash reports do NOT include your notes content, personal information, or any identifiable data. You can disable crash reporting in Settings > Privacy > Crash Reporting. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Play Store Review: Report bugs in your Google Play review (though we prefer this form for detailed tracking)
In-App: Use Settings > Support > Report Bug within NoteNest
